Rebuilding A Queen

Rate this book
This is Melissa's life story from my memories of my childhood at the age of five. Melissa has never been this transparent in her life and a lot of the things that she will speak about, she has never disclosed before now. However, revisiting some things have not only brought pain but healing. She wrote this book to inspire a young woman who has given up, a young teen mom who thinks her life has no value anymore or has been devalued by her loved ones because she is having a child at a young age. It is for someone who just needs some inspiration to pick her torch back up and continue the race.

I read the paperback of this book.

This is an encouraging story of how one woman survived through a tumultuous childhood, adulthood too young and being a single mother. She kept striving to be better than the day even if she wasn't sure what that meant, no matter what her circumstances were.

Highly recommend for young women who may feel like they are trapped. Also just a nice weekend read.
