This book encourages one to write one’s own will by giving a step by step guide to do the same. The book is divided into three chapters. In the First Chapter, the Author starts from the very scratch where he explains what is will, who can write it , whether fixed format needed or not, characteristics of a valid will etc. In Second Chapter, he has given sample formats of will. In the last chapter, the laws relating to will, legal status of Nominee.
“In Indian Law and by every Country’s laws , the Will Writing Process is kept as simple as Ordering food online”. The way author begins the book and writes, this really gives the reader a comfort and confidence that the reader can also write his/her will easily.
Besides learning how to write a will myself, I got learn many things which I dint knew as a C.A. Student. To mention a few, I dint knew there are different Succession Acts for different category of Citizens. Also, I got to learn that rules of nomination are different in different products like Life Insurance, Bank FD, Mutual Funds etc.
Language is really easy, lucid and flowy. Cover page is beautiful . The Choice of cover picture and background color give it a very professional look. Title is really alluring. I have never before read anything such as this which guides to write one’s will. The Way book is structured is really appreciated. Wherever needed, Author has data point wise for clarity and easy retention.
If you are also among those who think that writing will is not your cup of tea, then give this short give a try and your prospection will change upside down and you will feel really confident to write your own will effortlessly. Also, I would advice to read the meaning of common terms given at the end of book to understand the terms used in book better. I really look forward to read more from Author.

This was very super interesting. Due to how I may not be thirty yet but knowing the concepts of writing a will is something anyone should have knowledge about for sure. It was a very quick informative read. Being able to follow it easily. Use this guide, and people will know about will writing for sure! Good job!
