The American Liberation Army has taken both New York and New DC, and the Regime government had fled. Now its left to the rebels to rebuild the USA. Criminal factions have stolen funds belonging to King Menelik of the Desolate Region and William Michael Smith is sent with his friends Cheng-Han Wang and Joe Persons to China to recover the money. The action is fast and furious as they are chased by the Tong through the streets of Shanghai. Aided by two giant Serbian brothers and the mysterious Wu Chi they give the Tongs all they can handle. Scenes in California, Shanghai, and Colorado backdrop the action. This is the sequel to Interregnum-America.
