"Messages from Above"

“Messages From Above” was written to help furnish information in Christian mentoring. It furnishes an understanding of God and His principles that help us love and care for one another. Throughout history Christian principles have contributed to successful societies. One of the greatest gifts you can give is mentoring someone. It is imperative because many people have forgotten God’s principles and we are having problems in our society as evidenced by the increasing number of divorces, abortions, killing and addictions. When people use these principles there will be a reduction of our present society problems. To make this information more readable, I put it in a story about a grandfather mentoring his grandson. The story is about a grandfather’s love for his grandson and wanting to be part of his life. He takes him on trips, has him stay with him and engages in his activities. As he wants the best for his grandson, he gives him advice that will guide him to a better life. The grandfather knows the best advice he can give his grandson is available from God’s messages in the Bible, so he gathers them and relays them to his grandson hoping he will have a good life. This story gives examples of how you can mentor someone in different situations from time to time. As you read the book, you will notice that I have furnished items that prove there is a God through the use of fulfillment of prophecy, Miracles and the wonderful advice God gives to man. Items discussed are backed by scriptures and noted in appendixes. It is hoped that this mentoring information can be used by anyone. There is an appendix (C) Scriptures, referencing where you can find the principles discussed in this book. Prophecies and their fulfillments (Appendix A) show that there is a God who has been helping people through the ages. Miracles (Appendix B) are listed to show how God has shown His love to those who believe in Him. The purpose of the book is to show you there is a loving God who gave us these principles to help us through life’s challenges.
