Bob Massi began his law practice in Las Vegas in 1980 and launched his television career locally in 1985, he was hired by the Fox News Channel in 1997. He was the founder of the law firm Massi & Massi where he worked with his son, attorney Robert Massi.

This is an excellent book, written by a great author! The book describes many different situations, and tells how the author as a lawyer would have advised his clients. At the he end he gives practical advice for avoiding legal problems, in each area of your life!

Very good book that explains how well-intentioned people get caught in legal messes all the time, and gives advice on how to avoid problems as well as how to handle them if they arise. The author's brother is a friend of mine. The author is a regular on FOX NEWS on legal matters.

This was an interesting book however I got very tired of the structure.... What happened... what should have done... what I would say to do
