She has written several previous books, such as the nonfiction book A Creative Life: God's Design for You, and the young adult novel Dream Factory. Whitney has served as a writer, editor, and website developer for leading media organizations, including Crosswalk.com, The Salvation Army USA’s national publications, and Dotdash.com (where she produced a popular channel on angels and miracles). Currently, she leads the communications work for the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being at George Mason University. A great title...

...and the book lives up to it! Really did wake ME up to the wonders around me, and I am looking for them all the time. Hopler helped me get my own thoughts and expectations organized to see even more. My only complaint was that apparently none of the footnotes are linked to anything, which is not good for an ebook. I would have liked to read some of those references. Fix that, and this is a keeper
