When Naomi moves to Wildlife Ridge, she has high hopes for her new town, her real estate business and being close to her best friends. When her contractor does a runner, she's stuck with his brother who agrees to fill in, but isn't at all happy with the situation. Tempers flare until they can get a handle on their working relationship. And until they start to notice how much they have in common. Can Jason convince Naomi that his initial jerk reaction wasn't about her, and that, given the chance, he can be all about her?
KB Alan lives the single life in Southern California. She acknowledges that she should probably turn off the computer and leave the house once in a while in order to find her own happily ever after, but for now she’s content to delude herself with the theory that Mr. Right is bound to come knocking on her door through no real effort on her own. Please refrain from pointing out the many flaws in this system. Other comments, however, are happily received through her email or website.
Finding Forever is book three in a series. It is not necessary to read the first two books but doing so makes it easier to connect the dots. Naomi is rehabbing houses and thought she had her latest job all lined up. Unfortunately, her contractor left her high and dry and tapped his older brother Jason to step in. Jason is very capable but both he and Naomi are annoyed at the situation. They get off to a bad start. Will they be able to look past their beginning and grasp their happy ending? I liked both of these engaging characters. This was an easy book to read AND like. https://theretiredreader.com/f/findin...
