So far really liking this book. I found it as a really neat and concise introduction to electrical principles. Though as a stand alone read you might not pick up on everything.
I would highly recommend searching out supplementary materials (maybe watch a few videos if you are struggling to grasp a concept) and DEFINITELY try and seek out more practice questions. Most of the times when trying to quiz you on what you learned, you will only receive 1 question to practice, 2 if the concept may have been a bit larger.
Practice and repetition are ultimately what makes confusing concepts stick and make sense, so if you want to really get something out of this book, try and find some quizzes.
What would be even better is if this book gets a second edition one day, please include a full fledged practice quiz for a topic.

I noticed less translation errors than in Spahic's book on Arduino, I did notice a few (along with at least one factual error, as the book claims that Alessandro Volta was English when he was Italian). Still though, it is a somewhat good introduction to its subject. It should be noted that this book includes quite a few somewhat advanced equations within it, though people with at least a basic knowledge of college mathematics should understand it.

Great Intro!

Was a great introduction to electronic system technology. Having a basic understanding of Calculus principles before reading the book will help!

Note to author: it was a little difficult for me to follow along with all of the different symbols during the calculations.

Introduction to Electrical Engineering

I hold an honours degree in electrical and electronic engineering. I have taught the subject at FE and HE level. This is a useful text and a great leveller for students from different backgrounds.

To the point

It doesn't waste time or space on needless derivations. It's a good practical primer for simple electronic systems examples, which are probably the right next step.
