A nice, very high-level overview. What it feels to be really lacking is some methodology to the methods listed. But that's just me being my cranky nitpicker self.
One of the more down to earth books that I have read in this field. Good management introduction to predictive analytics that is objective and does not seem to be pushING a particular vendor solution or ideology. Chapters on ethics and process particularly useful.
A little dated but fundamental concepts still hold, making it a good primer to the field of predictive analytics. Written for business owners, managers, and the uninitiated, concepts are explained for the layman with no complex math mentioned.
