One of the more down to earth books that I have read in this field. Good management introduction to predictive analytics that is objective and does not seem to be pushING a particular vendor solution or ideology. Chapters on ethics and process particularly useful.

A little dated but fundamental concepts still hold, making it a good primer to the field of predictive analytics. Written for business owners, managers, and the uninitiated, concepts are explained for the layman with no complex math mentioned.
