This book was a nice overview of how Six Sigma tools are being used in the financial services industry. There were a number of areas where I wanted more depth, but I enjoyed the book especially with respect to the organizations culture and how to structure these endeavors within your organization.

Good overview of business process improvement techniques and really brings to life the theory through real life case studies. Some areas may require more detail but the book works well as a high level reference guide.
