Dana Williams, a mother of four who has practiced meditation and yoga for decades, developed 'Math by Grace' for her children when games, drills and explanations did not work. Three of her children have ADD; one is autistic. The author discovered that 'Math by Grace' not only improved the math skills of each child but also boosted their self-esteem. Impressed and surprised by the results, she wrote down her experiences. Now that her children are grown she has returned to her notes. This book represents Dana William's hope that parents with a background similar to her own will be enabled to help their children. It works! she says of her revolutionary approach. Her children went from the bottom of their classes to the top in no time at all. If you have practiced calming your mind and heart through yoga, Qigong, T'ai Chi, meditation or other discipline, you may be able to transfer your calm focus to your child through a guided meditation for math. Perhaps you know a yoga teacher, therapist or child specialist who would like to learn Math by Grace in order to help concentration-challenged children in your area. The child on the cover of this book cannot resist going into the ocean, even with his long pants on. This is how your child will feel when you go together into an atmosphere of calm, inner light - he will be soothed, entranced, and able to memorize his basic math!

Dana Williams' first teacher, Joe Koperski, channeled a meditation method from earlier stages of Earth's development, from a time when humans were less materially dense and the portals between the spiritual and earthly dimensions were more accessible. Dana studied intensely with Joe while she was still a teen.
Dana moved to Europe when she was 19 to study music. During these years, she also taught the Rose Way Meditation as a framework for developing access to auric energy sensitivity, healing, telepathy, remote viewing and more.
These classes were held at the parapsychological society of Basel Switzerland and the Parapsychology Institute in Freiburg, Germany, under renowned Professor Hans Bender.
When she was 25, Dana was guided to her second teacher, Hugo Maier, of Ramana Maharishi lineage. Hugo traveled between Arunachalla in India and the Alps in Switzerland, and Dana would spend weeks with him and his small group of students each summer.
Hugo's teaching was universal: he spoke of all religions with respect and insight, enjoining his students not to reject but to discover the heart of each tradition.
After the birth of Dana's children, it was difficult to find time for regular meditation practice.
A meditation that she "received" when she had just begun studying with Joe Koperski would become her mainstay, keeping her mind and energy aligned and clear, even as she took on challenges of parenting as well as dealing with health issues in herself and her family that affect so many in this time of environmental toxicity.
Her desire to share this beautiful and powerful "meditation-prayer" led to her publication of "The Lord's Prayer, The Seven Chakras, The Twelve Life Paths" in 2009, along with a book for parents , "Math By Grace," which addresses the cognitive needs of children.
In 2013, she felt guided to publish "The Rose Way Meditation".
Dana offers an online Rose Way Meditation course whenever five or more persons organize as a group.
She also offers one-on-one spiritual consulting, meditation practice and hypnotherapy.
