Panic reigns when shots ring out at Abby and Brandon’s wedding as they are taking their vows. Horrified, the guests watch as first Brandon falls to the ground, the minister goes down immediately and a lady on the first row tumbles face first into the dirt. Jack grabs Abby and tackles her to the ground, trying to protect her. The sniper escapes without leaving a shred of evidence behind, but this is just the beginning of a series of attacks, which continue to escalate as time and time again the sniper eludes the police. Freeways become battlegrounds as the sniper continues on his deadly killing spree. Jack and Jerry, best friends and detectives with the Houston Police Department, are assigned to the sniper shootings. Brandon, Jack, Jerry, Abby and Abby’s brother, Pete, have been friends since the second grade, so this sniper is going to have to answer to Jack and Jerry.
