I really love this book! There were some good nuggets of wisdom for any leader. I like the straight forwardness of J. Mark Jordan in this book. He tells it like it is. You will find some great topics to use for leadership training and self-help. This is a valuable resource for any person that is responsible for leading and training people for leadership positions.
