So far this book talks about the psychology of removing clutter and truly organizing your life, room-by-room. It also has an inspirational slant with biblical quotes throughout the chapters. Not too preachy, but a nice addition.

she went on and on about her life or the lives of her customers. It really didn't give a lot of detail for organizing or order. Maybe for some but I can't just read about tons of other people and glean what I should do for me. oh and the intro chapters were boring.
