Rudimentary and common sense business advice for the novice business manager. However, I did find the author’s “tools for executing strategy” helpful & practical.

Another great read. Very basic university undergraduate information on strategy. The bibliography is gold as usual.

A very, very small guide to Strategy and how to make action plans to achieve it... But you don't need more, it goes to the point.
