Although it has some interesting input, the book misinterprets concepts and research such as Growth Mindset or Flow. The examples are plainly wrong applied. I lost confidence in learning new ideas from the author. To cherry it, the author omits research from Angela Duckworth on Grit, maybe because it closely related to his mindset proposal. Very disappointing and not worth reading. (My sadly harshest review ever)

Not bad material - much of rehashed from other books / resources. Could do without the religious portions and the humble brags about the author’s tennis abilities.

Some useful thoughts but too many anecdotes that sounded irrelevant to the point being discussed. I think the chapter on meta patterns will be useful for me.
