The low oxalate diet is for people who suffer from inflammation, bladder pain, chronic fatigue and joint pain. Oxalates are natural compounds present in several plant based foods and are produced in the body. They are highly reactive molecules that tend to find themselves with minerals.

The meal plan in the book is meant to help you heal your body from the inside. The recipes provided are easy to prepare, use every day ingredients and taste delicious. Highly recommend for anyone with the above medical conditions.

not so much

The recipes look good but ingredients are not all low oxalate. For me, she gives information on why and what you should do but the recipes contain forbidden items. This one is not for me.

Some good ideas and explanations in here but recipes seem to contradict the recommended food lists kind of often.
