Great recipe ideas. The book has a large collection of recipes to cater to many tastes and culinary habits. Mediterranean eating habits are said to be healthy and we all love the foods. The book even has nutritional information, which is very helpful for the diet-conscious reader. My only criticism is the lack of visual stimulus. We have come to expect mouthwatering photographs from cookbooks, even if not accompanying every recipe. Unfortunately, this book offers none. Nevertheless, many readers will have the confidence to tackle the recipes without a visual aid to what the end result should look like. I would happily recommend this recipe collection.
