Great little book. Every page gives you a short run down on a different idea or person in Philosohpy. There are 101 pages. So you get a little intro to lots of different ideas. Some you'll know and will learn a little more about. Others will be completely new. But even when it's a philosophy of something like ethics, which you understand there's always another way of seeing things and at times you get an eye opener in this way in the pages of this quite short book. It's a nice reader for keeping beside the toilet or to read from time to time if you're in the middle of another Long book, with it's fragmented style you can pick it up and put it down at your leisur. Really enjoyed it.

A little book with definitions and numerous examples - Somewhat limited in elaboration only due to its mandate of being a brief introduction. Good read.
