HOLY COW THIS IS SMOKING HOT! I read this book and thought, wow, what did I miss out in? Don't get me wrong, I love my DH and he's awesome in bed. But seriously, the sex going on in this book was damn hot for me. I felt like I was right there, watching. I'm starting to think the author may have some er, hem, first hand experience? London and Jack are definitely fictional characters. Seriously, they are dream men. Do these type of men exist in real life? Doubtful. Their interaction with each other and with Tara was unbelievably awesome.

I rated this a 5 star because of a few things.

1. I remembered all the characters names w/o looking them up. This means they made an impression on me. Most times, the characters remain faceless and nameless to me. The fact I remembered their names meant I could connect with these characters and I could visualize them.

2. Tara was kind of an emotional wreck but she still worked through it. She didn't go all psycho bitch. Her way of handling her ex was quite mature and heartbreaking.

3. I liked how it didn't go into detail about the cheating. What I liked most about this much used conflict, was how it was handled. The fact that Tara still loved him but couldn't forgive him. The realization when Trey figured out he really lost his "love". This is just sad and heartbreaking. There were no winners there, only losers. People where hurt. No one was vicious about it or petty. Just remembering the scenes and the emotions invoked by the scene moves me.

4. Jack and London having sex is hot. I liked the threesome part, but seriously, the two of them together and what they did with each other was hot. No toys involved. Just pure unadulterated hot sex. I'm still drooling thinking about it. I'm not even a m/m slut. I prefer m/f.

Brit M. wrote a beautifully crafted contemporary romance with three people becoming lovers. I'm hoping there is a follow up to this one. It ended up happily, but not a happily ever after. I definitely will be buying more of this author's works. I recommend this book to people who enjoy hot M/M/F and sweet romance.

This one wasn't really my thing. I thought both of the guys were delectably hot (in fact, they were some of the better characters I'd seen recently in erotica), but I really couldn't stand the woman.

I also didn't like that the menage focused so much on the men. If it had been about a 3some with 3 bi people, it would have been fine, but these were supposedly two "straight" men who jumped immediately into a threesome and agreed to "do each other" before even touching the woman, just to get into her bed? Most straight men might balk a bit at this, or at the very least need some coaxing to bring out their "inner bi." It just felt odd to me that both men were supposedly either in love or falling in love with the woman and were willing to do anything to get her, yet they screwed each other more than they ever touched the woman.

Maybe this fits a fantasy niche for some women, but I feel like it either needs to be a threeway with three straight people (focus on the woman only), or at least a distinction that the men are into other men and looking for a good time with both man and woman. I didn't buy the way this one was constructed.

Jack and London should have left Tara for each other and then it might have been hotter.

This was a freebie and m/m/f menage is right up my alley so I decided to give it a try. This is my first experience with Brit M. and I was quite surprised. I loved the relationship between the men more than either of their relationships with Tara. I feel like for being 26 she seemed a bit immature--very concrete. It irked me a bit, but I was able to get over it by all the bonking that was going on...NICE!

Did anyone wonder what kind of Fantasy convention they were at? I mean, is this what goes on at the Star-Trek convention every year? If so, no wonder there are so many die hard trekkies in the world! :)

I was duped into thinking this is an M/F/M novel but all it has is like 5% M/F and a whole lotta M/M action. I didn't like it at all, I was let down and I felt like I was wasting my time because I'm not really a fan of gay sex, I just tolerate it when it's slipped into a novel but the main focus is still an M/F relationship. I don't even want to go to the characters, the story has a slow pace and it's like I stumbled upon the middle of something, with a little flashback to help me understand.

If you like a lot of gay sex then this book is for you. This is supposed to be about Tara starting anew after her divorce but after six months her cheating ex-husband could still get to her, she's not that strong and resilient and I didn't like the sex scenes at all. I thought I'd like this because of the setting because I used to go to conventions where I dress up as a character and such but the setting wasn't expounded.

This is one of the few books I didn't finish.

I liked this one a lot and was a wonderful MMF story. Brit's lady book was nothing but a lot of sex (not that it's is a bad thing) and this one really had a story to tell. He sex was hot and great but the story was there for me. For a somewhat short story I found the pace to well thought out and didn't come off as rushed as I find a lot of shorter stories. The char development was spot on for me and I got to know and understand each one. I really respect that the author didn't make it some type of fairy tale ending. I was left with mature adults that could be my neighbors. What I liked best was that she left the female as strong in the end as she was from the start. It made the chars that much more real for me. I got the book for free but would have been happy if i had paid for it...

It was a bit of a sex fest wasn't it? And I'm not saying that like it's a bad thing. :-) I'd like to know what "convention" they were all at. I thought there might be more to come with Trey -- like maybe he wouldn't give her up so easily -- but then it became more about them just becoming used to their relationship. I almost felt bad for Jack with the corset... I'm still not sure whether he really wanted to do that or if it was because of how hot London and Tara got as a result. I think I loved London a little bit. When he first told her he'd loved her for years, it was a total shock to Tara, but a good one.

In all, enjoyable. Not great, but enjoyable.

Currently, my favorite genre is Menage: MMF and so I picked this book and read immediately.

ABout 75% of their sex life is just about having sex. Not much foreplay between, maybe because they're too hot for each other. I love the sex scenes between the male charecters (London and Jack). The only thing I like about Tara is she likes watching her lovers kiss and f*ck and that turns her on big time. I'm not gay but the thought of M/M doing it not just for sex alone is my thing.

When the 3 characters started to love each other, that's how the writing improved (yeah, finally!).

Sex scenes: 3 stars
Story: 2.5 stars (some parts are just dragging)
Writing: 3 stars

Fun plot with a sweet polyamorous relationship. I'd rate the book higher, but there were several distracting verb tense changes that cause reader confusion by blurring the line between fantasy and then switch to live action--which is great once.

I really didn't care for much of this book. It was boring and the story was corny.

It was an ok read, would have appreciated a heads up for the cross dressing scene.
It kinda came out of nowhere.
