Going to give this short little book a 2.5 star rating. I read it because I really enjoyed the author's Business Blueprint series - those books are certainly more appropriate for where I am in my life right now. The Sleep Challenge gives simple, research based suggestions for anyone struggling with sleep quality. I am not currently struggling in that sector of my life, so I didn't feel it was particularly appropriate for me. (I really just don't like leaving a series of books unfinished, ya'know?) Reading this book certainly is easier than doing your own research into ameliorating your own sleep habits!
