Rate this book
You have between 12,000 and 60,000 thoughts a day, and research indicates that around 80% of them are negative. Loved the visualization exercise

Quick and comprehensive guide on negative self talk. Even though we know intuitively what to do, we are stuck with those bad habits that been programmed in us since the early days of our childhood. This book help you bring more awareness to negative self talk which everyone suffers with. I really really loved the visualization exercise at the end of the book.

Stop and transform negative selftalk

Dr. Strong has written a short and well researched book on how to stop and transform negative selftalk.
It has inspired me to take up mindfulness meditation again and as a first step to be more aware of my inner critic and record what that inner voice is saying to me in a journal. The next steps are laid out in the book to transform that inner voice into a supporting voice, but that will take time and effort!
