The right book seems to appear when you need it the most. I randomly selected this from my shelf of books to read for meditation. Her writing is sing-songs but some of the poems said things I needed to hear at this point in time. This book belonged to my grandmother.

I would have to say that Helen Steiner Rice is one of my favorite poets and has been for some time now. This isn’t my first reading this book either, but I still love it as much as the first time. If you are looking for a collection of lovely Christian poems that will leave your heart filled with peace, I highly recommend any of her poetry books and this one is a great option!
