Eden is a remote hotel with a sordid past. Two couples brought together by a mutual curiosity stumble upon evidence of the horrific events that have transpired within. The couples have gruesome visions of murders and suicides, pushing them to find the truth behind terrifying stories told by the staff. Trapped at the hotel, the couples encounter the ghosts of the many casualties in Eden, unveiling the mysteries of a young girl's specter and her ties to the mysterious deaths. But will they uncover the answers before they become the next ghosts to haunt Eden's halls?
There are some mistakes in this book, but it was a really good story. It reminded me a lot of the TV show 666 Park Avenue, or American Horror Story. It's about a haunted hotel and 6 people who receive an invitation to attend a Midsummer Night's Ball at this hotel. The honored guests seem to be random. They don't know each other and the beginning of their stay is not very eventful. Just some creepy hotel workers who seem to have secrets of their own. The story quickly picks up and one of the guests starts to have visions of some really disturbing things. Not everyone is who they seem and not everyone will survive. I would have given this 5 stars if it hadn't been for the errors in the book. It's a great book and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a creepy haunted house type story.
