An anxious mind is a subtle collection of poetic prose which revolves mainly around depression & anxiety. The book considers the sufferings related to psychological disorders as both a virtue & a vice. It talks clear about the thoughts that often arise in such minds but are difficult to put into words with prominence of accepting our own mental state & understanding the mental state of others at the same time. The text flows like a conversation with the reader and includes illustrations for a totally engaging read.
