The Gates of Hell are Open.I got a glimpse of our daughter. And I’ve got all my power back. Everything hangs on our ability to close the gates, but all I truly care about is finding Ariel. I can’t fathom the thought that I might never see her again.I don’t care about all the demons terrorizing the world. I don’t care about the angels, demons, and humans I might have to kill. It’s all going to burn.
L.A. Boruff lives in East Tennessee with her husband, three children, and an ever growing number of cats. She loves reading, watching TV, and procrastinating by browsing Facebook. L.A.’s passions include vampires, food, and listening to heavy metal music. She once won a Harry Potter trivia contest based on the books, and lost one based on the movies. She has two bands on her bucket list that she still hasn’t seen: AC/DC and Alice Cooper. Feel free to send tickets.
What the fuck did I just read. This one made absolutely no sense. It didn't really go with the other books. And the fucking end was just bad. I think this is the first book I've ever read that I was really excited to read that had such a dissapoting ending and story line.
But… But… But… [lip quivering] That can not be the end. Can it? Well. That solved one of their major problems, however, it has opened up a whole world of new ones. This was a magical adventure ride that I loved going on, filled with revelations, new discoveries, and more than a few plot twists. The ending was entirely unexpected to me, and I am desperate to know if we’ll get to see the rest of Ariel’s journey in the future. I received a complimentary copy of this book through Booksprout.
I have been waiting for this book for ages. When I finally got my hands on it, I devoured it. I was so desperate to read what was going to happen next with the cast of characters that I read the book in a matter of hours. As the book went on, I could feel my heart breaking more and more as it went on. I was devastated when I reached the end. Now, all I'm left with is wondering, "Is there another book or series? Because things just can't end this way!" I personally loved this series and I am ever eager to see what is going to happen next with this world that Andersen and Boruff has built for us. Things really did go straight to hell and not in the way that I would have expected. I did a whole blog post for this book, so check it out if you want to read my full thoughts on the book.

Straight to Hell is the 3rd book in this series and the story just keeps getting better and better.
Lilith and Lucifer are back in their ethereal bodies now, but Lucifer still has no powers. Not only that back the demon's are all breaking free. Lilith and her 3 men go on another quest to recover Lucifer's power, fix the gates to Hell, and find their daughter.
None of their planning is working though and they always seem one step behind Raphael until they figure out a plan that will hopefully fix all three of their problems.
The end has a bit of a cliffy... but let me tell you ...OMG!!!!! I cannot wait until the next book!! I hope things go well with Ariel! There is a chapter from her point of view and it makes me sooooo mad what Raphael made her think about her real parents.
The Gates of Hell are open and demons are flooding out. Raphael Has accomplished his goal. Humans know demons are real. It's bad, really bad. Yet, Lilith's priority isn't the demons. it's her daughter, Ariel. She won't stop until she has her back even if the earth burns.
I have been eagerly waiting for this book. Raphael has been two steps ahead of Lilith, Lucifer, and the angels the entire time. I wanted to see if they could ever catch up especially with the help of Lilith's powerful descendent witch. It did not disappoint, however it did devastate me. It was a suspenseful game of strategy and in the end, as far as I'm concerned, there was no winner. I'm not sure what to say. It was an excellent story but I was left unhappy at the end. I can say, I never saw the ending coming. The next series is now of utmost importance.
Demons are streaming out of the Gates of Hell and landing on the earth. Raphael is still eluding Lilith and her harem, with Ariel his captive or partner. Asmodeus and Mary are trying to help, but nothing is helping. Now the demons are appearing to humans on the human plane. Ariel is terrified by Lilith and uses her power to push her away. Lilith and her team try desperately to stem the flow of demons to the Earth, but all the plans fail. The grand finale involves all the angels, all the Fallen, all the souls coming to judgment. There is a huge explosion, leaving the Fallen locked in Abbadon, the angels in Elysium, and none able to go to the Earth. Judging from the epilogue, there must be another book coming (soon, I hope!).
Even Lucifer and Lilith have a family. Their child Ariel has been kidnapped by Raphael and is being used to release the demons of abaddon unto the human world. Creating lots of chaos. The gates of hell have been opened and they cannot be closed without help of Ariel. Will they find her in time? They are chasing and pursuing them throughout the realms. He has hidden her on a separate realm and Lucifer and Lilith are trying to locate it as well as send the demons back to hell. This is one non stop steamy read. Burning the passion throughout,

This is book 3 in the series, you do need to read the others in the series to get the best out of this one. I was left emotional after reading this story. The authors take you into their world as you feel the pain and happiness that the characters feel. These characters went on a wild ride with a surprising ending. I am hoping for more in this series as I have been left wanting to know more about how thing were left and what happens next.

A very intriguing story. It has a lot of action and suspense. It is packed with drama and mystery. It was gripping and full of characters that you just absolutely have fallen in love with. I was a little disappointed in the ending as it made super sad. But my hope is that there are redeeming chances involved. It was. Superbly written as the story becomes addictive in that you have to know what happens. It is a stunning story that will not disappoint.

Straight to Hell is book three in the Infernal Queen series and the gates of Hell are open and they can't be closed without the help of Ariel. Lilith and Lucifer are still searching for Ariel after Raphael kidnapped her. When Lilith catches a glimpse of Ariel she is more determined than ever to get her back. This is an action packed, fast paced read with strong characters, an interesting storyline, and an ending that left me wanting book four so I can find out how this series ends. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
Lilith and Lucifer have gotten back to their ethereal bodies now, but Lucifer’s powers were blocked. With the gates of Hell still open, demons are escaping. But both of them realized only Lucifer can open them. Nobody else has that authority, and there is no key, no magic, and no spell to do it. So how did Raphael do it? Lilith has gone out to find a way to restore Lucifer's power, get the gates of Hell closed, and find Ariel! How is Raphael staying ahead of them like this? Why can’t they find him?
Lilith and Lucifer are still trying to find Ariel, but their efforts continue to fail. Lilith is heartbroken after seeing Ariel with Raphael and hearing her plea "Don't hurt me," but is unable to help her. Follow Lilith, Lucifer, Michael, Gabriel, and Mary, a Nephilim descendant, as they make repeated attempts to stop Raphael's plan. This story has action and love, ending with a cliffhanger. Very highly recommended.

I did not write reviews on books 1 and 2, but on Goodreads I rated them a 4 and a 5 respectively. I thought there was not a lot of progress on the story in book 1, but book 2 caught my interest and I desperately wanted to know what happened to Lucifer and Lillith's kidnapped daughter. Well, book 3 had a very unsatisfying ending. It almost felt like it was a set up for a 4th book, but no fourth book is forthcoming. I wish now I had never read this series. I will always work set what became of little Ariel.
Lilith and Lucifer are in a race against time - the gates are open, and demons are pouring into Earth. This story is fast-paced and action packed for the very beginning, and it doesn’t quit until the epilogue; I was absolutely enraptured throughout. I did find it a bit tricky to remember who everyone was, both from the previous two books and even within this book. Still, a thrilling ride from start to end.
Suspense was high in this one, as would Yoda says 😂 (don’t know where this came from, probably my fever induced brain). Despite not really liking first part, while second did make quite better.. this one is great. I’m happy that I stuck to it. It was not what I expected. Not at all. Those twists and turns, action and surprises... they high wired my brain (fever again probably). This fast-paced story is unique.
So now on to book 3 in The Infernal Queen series. Boy is it a doozy!! I was up, I was down, I felt the all of the feels Lil felt and some that may have just been inferred! It took us on a rollercoaster of chasing after their daughter while still maintaining their roles of King and Queen of Abaddon, and all that entailed. I was a little upset it left on a cliffhanger, but I know this author always delivers, so I am just patiently sitting on my hands and waiting :D Highly recommended!!
This book was nothing but disappointing. What was even the point of going through all the BS in the first two books just for it to end like this? It’s like the author just stopped caring half way through. Like the other two it could use a good editor and feels very rushed. I’m not sure where all the 5 star ratings are coming from because this has to be one of the worst endings to a series that I’ve ever read.
Once again these authors killed it! This book had me hooked from page one and still has me reeling! It flowed so well and was impossible to put down. It had some crazy twists that I did NOT see coming. Never boring nor dull. Action packed straight out of the park. We get even more from our amazing characters who have captured my heart. Each one of them brings something to the table. I loved watching their journey play out and was quite surprised. Loved this series so much!!!
Well I hope that wasn't the end. I loved this book and the ending was unbelievable. With Lilith and Lucifer's daughter not entirely being human some strange things are going on. Will Lilith and Lucifer get their daughter back or is all hope lost. I look forward to what comes next.

Up until now I have unreservedly enjoyed every story, but this story is very sad, Lilith is looking for her daughter and finds her, but things do not go well. The story is thrilling, and the battle was epic, and I wanted it to end happily. I desperately hope the next book in the series has a better ending!

Lilith and Lucifer are back and they have a plan. But of course things do not go well ad thus starts another fun story. I laughed and groan but was entertained watching everything unfold. They story was good, the characters great, and the mess funny. A few things are discovered that makes sense and there was action and danger around to make the story flow. Enjoyed it.
Book three and this crazy midlife adventure continues! Fast paced and action packed, this is a Crazy adventure as Lilith tries to locate Lucifer's power and find their daughter all whilst also trying to get the gates to hell closed. It’s been one hell of a series and although this trilogy is all wrapped up, it looks like there could be a spin off, well let’s hope so anyways!
this was another winner in the An Unseen Midlife series, it had what I enjoyed from the previous two books. The characters were everything that I enjoyed and they worked well overall in the plot. I can't wait to read more in this series and from the authors.

This is a really good book. I really enjoyed reading it and I can’t wait to read what happens in the next book. I really enjoyed the character. Some of the book is a bit of slow reading, but it’s quite good and it’s not really very long.

Ok, the book is done- same with this thriology! But now I’m regretting eating this book up instead of savoring it! This is such an amazing book! Really good! I really, really, really loved it- but the ending? SO bittersweet! It’s an ok ending, but you just want to throw it away and start the next one! You will understand me when you’ve read it yourself!

Lilith and the guys are on the hunt for Raphael who is bent on destroying the world. Just when they think they have it all figured out s twist happens at the end. How will handle losing a friend and what will be there next move. It's a great series. I volunteered to read this book via Booksprout.
I feel like it’s unfinished! I really hope there’s more to the story, there’s so much not finished, like what happened to Mary and Jellybean? Can Luc and Lilith get out out hell ever, do they find there child? So much unfinished in one book.
This I'd book 3 in the series it is a very great novel I really enjoyed reading this book I really enjoyed the storyline a real page turner great book.

Finishing Forty is an action-packed urban fantasy brought to you by the amazing author L.A. Boruff. The ending was so unexpected and leaves you screaming for more! Enjoyed, enjoyed, enjoyed. Thank you! P.S. The ending might have made me cry a little.
The ending!!!! Oh my, so much has happened. What will Lucifer and Lillith do? What will happen with Ariel. Another excellent book that pulls you into their world, and I want to know what happens next.
