What do we really say about this amazing topic of developing a “Prophetic Success Plan” and “Prophetic Group Development”? Developing this interesting group, and equipping them for service is by far, most rewarding and challenging at the same time. I guess, I have always trained people in many different areas for ministry since I started pastoring Heritage Church International. But there is no group, I have trained that are like those in the prophetic. They are by far the most interesting people and I happen to be one of them. I must mention, those in the prophetic have brought much challenge to my life, but also great levels of joy. They have made ministry very rewarding, as I see them pushing pass the pressure of change to amazing victories in their very own lives. What started me building the Schools of Prophets is when my Spiritual Father, Bishop Ralph L. Dennis asked me to share on the Prophet’s office in one of his conferences he holds annually throughout the United States. Being asked to share in that conference, put me at such a challenged place, but then pushed me to discover another part of my life that was not yet revealed to me at that level. Bishop Dennis, obviously saw something in me I did not see in myself, which happens to be one the many jobs of a spiritual father. Accepting that opportunity unlocked something in me.
