What exactly is “mind hacking?”
“Mind hacking” is about getting your mind to do things your mind doesn’t know it can do or isn’t doing, things that you want it to do .

Amazing Book!

I learned a lot reading this book! I love the activities in the book and it has been helping me out a lot with things I want to go accomplished. I recommend this book to anybody that is struggling in doing the things they want to do in life. It will help out a lot. I feel in love with the last chapter and learned a lot about what we need to keep our brain active and healthy.
