A wonderful book that illuminates a very commonplace condition affecting millions of people, often in a very dramatic and serious manner. The first book to delineate this condition, and more importantly, propose strategies to combat it. Written in a very digestible and practical style. Before this book, I was constantly beleaguered by annoying illnesses. Now, I enjoy extended periods of health - greater than I have in many years. This book is a "must" read. I also ordered several of his health CDs which I have found to be very helpful off of his website.
