Karma Before Konscious
Twin sisters, Karma and Konscious, are complete polar opposites. Karma, the wild child, has experienced her share of hardships and struggles in her short life time. Mentally, physically, and sexual abused at a young age, Karma deals with her distorted emotions by inflicting pain and seeking vengeance on others, including family. Who can you trust?
I enjoyed how this tale was told from the perspectives of everyone involved. Karma was something else. Lol Mama has some serious issues. That's all I'm gonna say about her. And though Kon was seen as the "good girl" she was something of a thug miss herself. Z and Sage are two brothers looking to remain legit in their business matters after work their way away from the street life, but the street life wasn't ready to let go of them just yet. Everyone in this tale had some kind of baggage and I'm looking forward to seeing how everything gets resolved in the second part of this series. There were a few typos but they didn't take away from the story. This was my first read by Queen T and I look forward to the next!

DRAMA FILLED
The fast steady pace of this book will have u flipping and topping to see what happens next .....Dysfunctional and entertaining this STORYLINE is buzzed...you CAN'T put it down ...The difference in your children is on full display ....I CAN'T DO IT ...BUT PEOPLE TREAT ONE CHILD DIFFERENT FROM THE NEXT ...SEXUAL ABUSE TORN THE FABRIC OF ONE TWIN WHILE THE OTHER GROSS TO HAVE A FULFILLING life .with all think the drama unfolds to the blazing death of the monsters in the church PAstor as momma let it ride ...in the most of the drama is Portia wife of Marcus ...whose is a bitc h in her own but as the server unfold .....the joke is on her ....CAN'T wait to see how this all pans out ....OUT FREAKING STANDING

My first read from this author
I loveeee this author’s writing style and in the beginning this book drew me in but in the end I ended up lost. The story behind Konscious and Karma was cool but I felt like Konscious’ boyfriend and his friends story line was filler. Although it was entertaining at first in the end the brother Sage and the friend’s storyline ended up leaving me confused. I didn’t get the purpose for them. Overall I did enjoy the read and after discovering that this was her first book I appreciate it a tad bit more. I’m curious to know what will happen in part two... like she said in the ending of her book: to be continued.

This was a story of betrayal, revenge, trauma, torment, and pain. Karma and Konscious are identical twins who, in some ways, are very similar, but in other ways, could not be more different. Karma harbors a lifelong secret that she can’t seem to break free from. Konscious is dealing with issues of their own. With a new family member thrown in the mix, things start to take a turn for the worst. I think the author did a great job capturing the inner turmoil that is faced by those with mental illness.

Great read!
If you love a book filled with lots of twists and turns then this is the book for you! The twists and turns alone will keep you turning pages! I gave this book 5 out of 5 stars even though it started a little slow for me. Once the book finally picked up I was not able to put the book down. This was actually a great read! Queen T great job on your debut! I look forward to reading more of your work!

Karma Before Konscious by Queen T

This was a pretty interesting read. It started off kinda slow, but then it picked up. There was A LOT going on this book, so I’m glad there is a follow up. I’m curious to see what’s gonna happen to Karma ,if anything, because she dished out a lot of dirt.

All the juicy drama!
Wow! Ms. Karma is something else! I do feel sorry for her and hate what she's been through. I hope everything works out for Konscious and Zaire. It's definitely something about Sage I don't like, I can't put my finger on it but it's something. Good read, and I'm looking forward to reading pt 2!

Karma
This book will take you on one hell of a rollercoaster ride. Karma plays a part in adultery, murder, incest and jealousy. The book is a good read but their are still some questions that need to be answered. Hopefully loose ends will be cleared up in the second book.

Good read.
Good storyline. In the beginning I thought how twisted, but the story kept me reading trying to see how it played out. Excited about part 2 which I am starting as soon as I am done reviewing part 1. I look forward to more from this author. Good job!

Karma is a B*tch!
Interesting start to a series. Love Kon and Zaire. The twists were surprising! Karma & Kon parents had issues that were passed on to their children. Marcus and Portia got caught up in storm Karma! The Sage, Roc and Kisha triangle is interesting!
