Your 100-Year Heart: Simple steps for keeping your heart Alive and Well, based on 35 years of Experience as a practicing physician

Rate this book
Living to 100, the dream of all, the reality of a few One of the great tragedies I have observed in my long career as a practicing physician is that most of us, by our life styles and attitude, produce the majority of the illnesses that we get. Yes, without realizing it, we are victims of our own behavior. Our thoughts, our reactions, our diets and our bad habits produce this "suicidal" path that we seem to thrive on. I am firmly convinced that we die too young because of this. Over all of my years in the trenches of primary care medicine, I have repeatedly seen evidence of these observations. It is from this perspective that this book will examine our number one killer, heart disease. I will share my vast experiences with the reader and present verified, objective data to support my thesis that this plague on our community is preventable and yes, even reversible.
