Enjoyable read!

Engaging story about friendships, relationships, love, divorce and the lives of the rich and not so famous. After a nasty divorce, Megan wants a change in her life. When her old college friend, CeCe, calls, she decides to travel to L.A. to spend time with her. Megan feels a kinship with her, as she also went through a breakup with her boyfriend. At first, Megan enjoys their reunion, yet after the pair attend a party on a yacht she finds herself drawn, like a moth to a flame, deeper and deeper into an unforeseen web of deception, lies and murder.

This is an engrossing story, for the most part. I love this author’s ability to tell a compelling story and hold the reader’s interest until the bitter end. What was also a highlight, was a blossoming relationship between Megan and her lawyer friend, Justin. What I feel would have enhanced the story, however, was a bit more of a physical description of Megan, so I could get a better picture of her character as the main protagonist of the story. Nevertheless, this is a well told, enjoyable read for anyone interested in romance/mystery/suspense novels!
