Get a mixing bowl....
Duh...does each recipe really have to begin with the above phrase?? There are all types of fish and seafood used, which is good but how about some pictures for those of us who can't picture all the varied instructions. And if the recipe calls for lime juice, how much juice is needed? Is a bottle okay to buy? Or how many limes? I've loved ceviche everywhere I've eaten it but, from this book, not confident I could throw it together myself. However, I do have a mixing bowl. Thank goodness.

Ingredients were listed separately --a plus. The directions were easy to follow.

Good book
A few images would be a nice detail but some of the recipes look really good, overall it is a good deal.
