This is a great book for beginners, though it is somewhat out of date. It has great tips and drills for those who want to know some drills or things to know about the position. It has pictures and descriptions to help visualize the procedure or object. It is also a good decider if you cannot decide if the position is right for you, it has the basic information you would need as a beginner.
