This is far better than the first book, but one thing I can't wrap my mind around is the ending or specific the epilogue. I can't think of that situation, bc if you observe mankind you can clearly see that we will never ever work as one species - or unite worldwide. But this is a trope that comes along often in Sci-fi books, and if I'm honest this throws me out of any story everytime. I'm not a believer that we humans can let go of our social instability between skin colors and races.

I liked the second part far better than the first one. Except for the epilogue. It should have stopped before that...
