Let me start by saying this book would never make the Best Seller's List. It's light and the sort of book that comes from a book mill- turned out quickly and with not much substance. This is book #4 in a series. Apparently the main character, Jesse, has been adapted to be a genius by a secret organization. There is a nemesis organization called Nimbus that is evil. Although Jesse's organization is supposed to be good I can't help but wonder who would take children and adapt them. In this book Jesse must save the city when a threat deposits a bomb of anthrax in a busy subway station. Yes, this book is Sci-Fi. I doubt that I will buy any others in this series.

I really enjoyed Walter and Daniel. I'm also glad to see Jesse isn't the only girl in the 'special' group now! But things are really getting tense and I can't wait to see what else the group uncovers as they seek their freedom.

Wow! Pretty good... some awkward parts where the language just doesn't flow and sounds like the author is trying to explain something, not have characters talk. AMAZING story, very creative of the author. What I want to know is, WHERE CAN I FIND THE REST OF THE SERIES!!?? Clif-hanger, edge-of-the-seat action, and some awesome twists that will make you slap your forehead at the clever way to author has wound this book through time. VERY good.
