beta read this book and I really liked it
Adelaide is a really likeable character and easy to read but there was just something about the flow of the story that kept me hooked and going back for more perhaps it was the Irish thing ( i am Irish after all ) but I really enjoyed this book Keegan is a bit of a hard arse and although he is a kingpin for the Mob I wouldn't rate this one as a dark read it was more towards the romance aspect
Would Keegan be my book boyfriend? yeah I'd give him a shot I mean he is a mob boss and all :)

This is a really good book.When Adalaide goes to try and patch things up with her brother it's tense.He seems to be doing well but his distance.After spending ten long years with a man that was controlling who made me choose him over my brother in finally free .I'm trying to make it up to Tristan but I guess it will take time.On a night. at a club a very handsome man tries to get me to come to his table in the vip lounge but I just ignore him.When he approached me on the dance floor he pulls me in an tells me he knows I'm interested but playing hard to get.He tells me he's patient.When Adelaide is working as a server in a fancy yacht Keigan sees her an approaches her.He finally gets her to agree to go on a date with him.He hasn't told Adalaine what he does. She doesn't know what her brother does beside running ratio parlors.Keagan tells her he runs alot of restaurants. Will Addis stay with Keagan stay with him when she finds out what he does?Will her brother try to use her to steal from the man she loves?Will she betray the man she loves or will she side with him over her brother?The twists and turns to this story will keep you riveted to the book until the very last page .I love the way this amazing author brings the characters to life before your eyes.I can hardly wait to see what's next by this multi talented author.

Another book and genre of romance that I don’t really read too often but wanted to broaden my horizons to just try it. Also, I admire the author Ms. S. Valentine for writing a pretty interesting tale of opposites and the dangerous world of the Irish and Manchester cartel. Ibiza was written beautifully that I really want to visit, and the characters were nicely drawn out! Of course, I couldn’t help but think of West Side Story and that Keegan McCoy and Tristan were going to break into the dance between the sharks and the jets the whole time. All I can say is I am grateful that Ms. Valentine did make a little introduction to the characters, since this is definitely outside my comfort zone of what I normally read, even though I will read anything. Keegan scared me. Yes, he was gorgeous, but that’s where it ended. Do I want to promote him and add him as a book boyfriend? No, not really even though I have some pretty shady characters there he just didn’t entice me to really like him, and I was hesitant to trust him and wondered why Adelaide liked him except maybe for the hot sex. So, I can forgive her for that. Will I want to read the next in the series? Yes, for some strange reason, I do maybe to see who is next.

Adelaide is a good girl trying to start over again after she got out of a bad relationship near her brother, while making amends to said brother. Not too long after, she meets the yummy Keegan McCoy, and while she tried to stay away, there's something about the sexy Irishman that she couldn't say no to. Keegan wants Adelaide badly, and he's determined to make her his, however, there are things in his world that she can't know about, like he's a kingpin in the Irish Cartel. So you see, this story may be short(ish), but it's going to get complicated, since we all know that secrets don't make friends. Not to mention, she doesn't know that Keegan & her brother know each other quite well in this underworld. So the twists are awesome, and the f-bombs went flying everywhere. I really wished it had been longer because of everything that happened, I feel like the ending was a bit too rushed, and yes, I know it's a novella but still. Anyway, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'm new to author S Valentine but after reading Traitor I will definitely be looking in to her other books.
I really enjoyed reading this novella and I couldn't put it down once I started reading it.
The storyline was very compelling and kept me highly entertained throughout.
Keegan and Adelaide's story was very interesting and I loved the connection between these two.
When he saw Addy he knew she was someone special and he just needed to persuade her to give him a chance.
This story has betrayal, a raw passion and a trust that will blur all the boundries.
I hope you one click this book and enjoy it as much as I did.

Adelaide meets a sexy enigmatic man called Keegan and she falls hard. Keegan has a secret he's part of the Irish mob and it's rival is Adelaide's brother.

On paper this looked like it could be a fun but dangerous read unfortunately it was not for me. I didn't feel any genuine connection between the main characters and as such my feelings for them was ambivalent. The dialogue was tiresome is a good word i think. There was very little if any characterisation and character growth. This was a story that had so much potential but it just wasn't for me.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book so much so that I read the entire thing in just one sitting. I loved Keegan and Adelaide! The connection they share is wonderful. It really was love at first sight. When Keegan saw Adelaide, he knew he had to have her. With this story, there is betrayal, but it pales in comparison to the amazing passion and trust these two share.

This is a mafia (cartel) story about, lies, deceit, drama, angst, pawns, revenge, games, conflict and romance. The writing is detailed and flows smoothly. Love how the main characters come together and fight for what they want. If you love crime romance, this is a great read.

Addy meets a man she falls in lust with and Keegan feels the same. Only thing is what Keegan does for a living isn't on the up and up.
I really enjoyed the story of these two and found their journey rather intriguing. I love the Irish accent found myself reading it with an Irish lilt in my head.

The only thing that I didn't like was when he holds a gun to Addy. Her reaction annoyed me.

I did like it and do recommend it though so give it a go.

I received an ARC in return for an honest review. Let me start by saying that I am very critical. I know these are not real life but I can’t just let reality go. That being said, I liked the basis of the story. I didn’t feel their connection so therefore them being in love so fast seemed crazy to me. Also, I can’t believe she is just accepting his life because he is a “good guy” and he just believes her when he catches her recording him. It just fell short for me.

I good read from SS. Valentine. I'm not a big reader of mob themed romance but I did enjoy Traitor, might of even shed a tear or two.

Adelaide and Keegan first cross paths in a club in Ibiza. She's just left a bad relationship and isn't looking for a new man, he is spurred on by her rejection. Neither know that Addy's brother and Keegan are enemies until it is almost too late to save what they have.

Fleeing England after breaking with a controlling ex, Adelaide stays with her brother, trying to repair their relationship. Whilst out she meets the yummy Keegan McCoy. Although attracted to each other instantly, Addy doesn’t want anything yet.

They keep bumping into each other and eventually she agrees to a date. Secrets are found out, and decisions to be made.

Really enjoyed this book. Was interesting reading about Ibiza, and the world of drugs. The blurb caught my attention immediately. Adelaide is torn between her brother and Keegan, when she's put in a dangerous situation. Keegan sounded HOT! I can see why Addy was drawn to his extravagant lifestyle. Romance, hot scenes, with just the right amount of suspense.

This is the first book I have read by this author. It was really good. I couldn’t put it down. Adelaide moved to Ibiza to get away from an abusive ex. She meets a sexy man, Keegan. Keegan and her brother, are enemies. She has to make a difficult choice and and decide between them she learns everything is not always what it seems. This book had the perfect amount of romance, and suspense.

I enjoyed this novella. An engaging storyline offers plenty of drama, emotional turmoil, suspense and heat. Keegan and Adelaide's attraction and chemistry were powerful and intense. Add in the rivalry between Keegan and Adelaide's brother and the forbidden romance angle of the story and you have a compelling read. This is my honest, voluntary review.

I really liked this book it had action , drama, powerful characters and betrayl full of lies and Adelaide is put into an awful position of trust exspecially when its between her brother and Keegan the King cartel that she has fallen for. These two were very hot and passioniate together and Im so glad Keegan never gave up. I loved the ending it was perfect.

I was sucked in with the description of this book. The book starts out with Abby trying to find herself again, staying with her brother. But he holding on to secrets that will later put Abby's loyalties to the test. Will the new love, with Tristan, be strong enough or will her bond with family be thicker. It was an ok book.

I received an arc in exchange for an honest review. This is a mafia style book that involves conflicts, revenge, romance etc. Adelaide and Keegan's story is written so well. Keegan has some conflicts with Adelaide's family but the 2 work on their issue to make it all worth it. You need to read this book. It was awesome!!!!!!

Adelaide is starting a new life getting out of a abused relationship and now living with her brother. Adelaide meets Keegan at first she wants nothing to do with the sexy man but Keegan is determined. I loved this book but the reason I gave it 4 stars is because I felt like it was missing something. Otherwise it’s a good story though and hot at times. 4/5 stars

Keagan is the kingpin of the Irish Mob and attracted to Adelaide the moment he sees her in a club. Addy has escaped a controlling man and is finally free. She doesn't take Keagan seriously at first. She is attracted to him but he's her brother's enemy. This story has action, betrayal and love. A good read.

Adelaide is trying to start over, so she's moved to be with her brother. Keegan wasn't really looking but now that he's seen Adelaide he's determined to make her his. The heat and passion between them is undeniable, although Adelaide tries so hard. They steam the pages and had me hooked. The tension and twists were everything to keep the suspense going. I enjoyed this novella. My favorite part was the flowers that Keegan gave addy. I found the story well written and complete at the end , there is no cliffhanger. The characters were well written and likeable. This is my first book by this author , but won't be my last.

I appreciated that this wasn’t a ’standard’ novel. It had it’s own twist to the story.
Keegan’s Irish dialect, put an extra dimension to the story. The interaction between brother and sister, as well as between Addie and Keegan was also good.

The story was very interesting and played out smoothly. It is a quick and entertaining read that has some action, steamy scenes and pulls at all of your emotions in parts.

This is my first S Valentine novel and will certainly not be my last one.

The story is engaging and well written. I still can't believe the sacrifice that Keegan made for Adeleide! I really enjoyed reading this book. I was hoping they would some how work things out, and I am happy to say there is indeed an HEA at the end.
