Definitely ok. Good art if you like the style. Classic Bronze Age story telling. Really enjoyed this for what it was and want to read more.

Appeal Characteristics: great premise, character development, art, insect lovers....

I cannot do insect super heroes. The tick, the bug... even the movie The Fly all made my skin crawl. I actually liked the premise of the story and the lead character, Hannah. I liked the fact she was African-American, tortured girl who is trying to figure out what happened to her, how did she end up at the insane asylum...and why she turns into an insect. It was just...I kept staring at the art like...her breasts are perfect, her butt is amazing in that suit...but the ant suit...NO! I even want to read more...it's just that ant suit! It's like cyborg ant come to life... It just makes me sad because its been a long time since I've read and enjoyed an ethnic lead character!

This is a very interesting concept for a superhero comic - where the hero (or heroine in this case) has amnesia. She gets flashes of her previous life, and her powers work fine, although better when she uses them instinctively rather than thinking about it.

Other than that, this is a more-or-less standard superhero comic - lots of fighting, snappy dialogue during the combat - all the things you would expect in a superhero comic. The artwork is good, although perhaps a little too cheesecake / beefcake.

This volume includes the first 4 issues, plus some extras, and I will certainly be continuing with the next 4 issues.
