About the author

Dan Jurgens is an American comic book writer and artist. He is known for his work on the DC comic book storyline "The Death of Superman" and for creating characters such as Doomsday, Hank Henshaw, and Booster Gold. Jurgens had a lengthy run on the Superman comic books including The Adventures of Superman, Superman vol. 2 and Action Comics. At Marvel, Jurgens worked on series such as Captain America, The Sensational Spider-Man and was the writer on Thor for six years. He also had a brief run as writer and artist on Solar for Valiant Comics in 1995.

Lara Croft is one of the best video game characters ever! She adapts easily to any visual form from live action movies to comic books. This second collection of the Tomb Raider comics from Top Cow proves that if you add a great writer like Dan Jurgens, you get a great comic book series. There are three stories in this collection. Lara becomes involved with the mythical city of Shangri-La, the strange happenings involving the filming of a reality TV show (no spoilers, but it's a great twist), and a quicky one-shot. This well written, great looking series is a must read for adventure lovers everywhere!
