Interesting and practical guide
This is a wake-up call for anyone who wants to improve their leadership skills. "Elevate your Team" is an interesting guide penned by Robert Glazer.
Along these pages, the author shares his expertise in the field and also includes a variety of tools that people can use to improve their place of work and empower themselves for the better. There are examples and graphics that help readers understand the core of the book.
It's a well-written, innovative and practical guide. I found it simple to follow the author's ideas and I believe that people in the business field will get positive when applying some of the leadership techniques mentioned here. It's a must read!

Glazer shares working strategies on how to regulate the workplace environment may it be remote or in person. He discussed the importance of building productive routines and habits that make a more efficient employee. The book is easy to comprehend and to adapt in diverse work environments. Efficiency and productivity work hand in hand, one lesson I have already implemented in my workplace is keeping an inbox zero where all emails and correspondence are answered and monitored within the hour it was received. Time management is another important factor in keeping a good working team, everyone in the team should be reliable to keep track of their own time and maximize the time allotted for certain tasks. Excellent book for managers and business owners to teach them how to best manage their employees, how to learn what your employee is capable of and how to help them grow to their full potential. As it says in the book, this is a "talent development strategy that will build your business by building your people." As your business grows, you need to grow your team as well, and this book is an excellent guide to help you make smart decisions. I found it interesting to read about how to predict which employees will succeed and grow and which will sputter and fizzle out. I also appreciated that the book discusses how to help employees thrive in all aspects of their life, which in turn will help them be better employees that will help your business succeed.
