平凡な中学生・若葉が曾祖母から相続した奇妙な形をしたペンと巨大な洋館。その洋館に幽閉されていた「あかずきん」を名乗る謎の少女を解放したことで、描いた絵を具現化する力を持ち人々を救う「書の魔導士」の役目を若葉は継承する。しかし、それをキッカケに若葉は第２次世界大戦あるいはそれよりも遥か古より続く魔女たちの戦いに巻き込まれていき──。少女達が殴って斬って撃って殺しあう新本格ダークファンタジー開幕！！

If you are new to the urban fantasy with magical books and spells stories, then this manga will be okay for you. But for me, the whole thing feels very standard. It isn't bad, but the storytelling, the focus on friendship and the setting is more of the 'same-old, same-old' for me. 3 stars only.
