Haunted Seduction

Rate this book
Jaz McNeill is desperate to get her big break as a photographer. The latest rejection of her black and white nudes from the gallery on which she had been pinning her hopes combined with the opening of her successful lover’s latest exhibit drives Jaz into a jealous frenzy. After a bitter fight with her lover, Jaz sets off to find a new subject that will impress the galleries enough to secure her a show of her own.

When she reaches the shore, Jaz spots an old abandoned amusement park, Steele’s Summerland Park, which piques her interest. Hoping for a gritty new angle, Jaz squeezes through a hole in the fence, only to find that she is trapped inside the park by some mysterious force. As night descends, the park comes alive. Food mysteriously appears at the concessions, lights and music are all around her, rides begin running as if driven by invisible hands and the park is inhabited by “The Wanderers,” people from all different time periods surrounded by glowing auras who, when the auras come in contact with one another, are instantly consumed in a sexual frenzy. Jaz meets Will, who, despite being trapped in the park since the 1920s, has not given in to the aura. Together, Jaz and Will trto discover what is keeping them inside the park, what drives the Wanderers and, more importantly, a way out.

Librarian's Note: There is more than one author with this name in Goodreads database.

Morgan James has published both poetry and mainstream fiction, but when she discovered Ravenous Romance, she realized she'd found the perfect home for the stories she wants to write. As a child of nature, she loves the wild freedom found in mountains and forests. She also loves the wild freedom that well-crafted erotica provides both writer and reader. Morgan lives in the steamy, mysterious rural South with her handsome and likewise mysterious lover, Mitch.

Interesting story that felt very rushed at the end. All this lead up for nothing. Unbelievable and silly ending.
