There is a lot of good here, but the presentation is hard to digest. It could be a good guide to come back to for reference, but the format does not lend a quick reference either.

I think it either needs to be broken up into smaller, easier-to-reference sections or split into a smaller than 800-page book.

I loved the quotes at the beginning the most. However, it wasn't a great narrative read from beginning to end, and that is despite my experience in Reiki and chakra healing.

I wish this were edited with potential readers in mind more.

3 Stars for me.

Great wealth of information. Definitely a book after you have base knowledge and understanding of chakras. This is much more advanced. I read what called to me because it’s a lot of information. A book I will come back to when ready!

While I usually enjoy reading books on the chakra systems, yoga, meditation, and other practices originating in Eastern philosophy and religious practices, this book was an encyclopedia of the author's making and I just could not finish it. Her anecdotal "proof" of her system was shaky and vague at best - and left me annoyed and questioning.

This book has taken me a long time to read, because i was not always in the mood. But if you are into Chakras and such, then I highly suggest this book. She is Chonky but she is through.
