The Good...

Brogan Carpenter isn't used to men like Joshua Baynard. What does this tall, dangerously sexy hunk want with her - a widow with a young baby?

The Bad...

Babies just aren't on Joshua Baynard's agenda. But Brogan is - too bad she's part of a package deal....

And the Baby!

Riffy doesn't remember her daddy, but Joshua seems a perfect substitute. And the more the one-year-old calls him "Dad-dad", the more Joshua begins to realize there's a first time for everything - even fatherhood!

It's not the worst book I've read. I hated the hero. Without spoilers, there is NOTHING to make you like this man. There is no reason for her to like him or accept him at all. The whole thing was contrived and unbelievable. I'm also sorry to say the writing wasn't that great and varied either, with too common words and phrases repeating often.

I loved this! I wish Rafaella and Grrrace had also read it and shared their thoughts, I enjoy their reading on the books nearly as much as the books they review.

This had Romance in it. The h is a widow, with an adorable daughter (love that the author put the baby in every frame, it showed the reality of being a single parent, and it was never overdone or “in the way”). Loved how the h, just as she was on the edge of sleep, would jerk right awake because of one last thing she’d forgotten. The H was deserving of his title.

The OM should be shot.

In one of her inner monologues (there are several, but I liked being inside this h’s head) the h reminds herself that she’s intelligent, and I mention that because the author *shows* us this in several ways.

Loved this book.

Brogan is a single mother caring for an almost 1-year-old (hubby died in an accident before she knew she was pregnant) and a friend who has been paralyzed since being in a car accident while Brogan was driving. Daniel has become dominating and has led many people to believe he's Riffy's dad. When Joshua shows up it throws them all for a loop. Joshua is a wealthy restoration architect and friend of Daniel's father. He comes to check out Brogan for him - thinking she's a gold digger and several other things from the misconceptions Daniel has given them. They fall in love, but problems need to be overcome. Okay, short book.

Ósea MUY BUENO. Es un libro de esos que están centrados y resumidos pero que vale la pena para sacarte de la realidad. No hubo mucho spicy ni un enemis to lovers pero me re gusto de verdad. Aprobadisimo

This story was sweet and all, but both a little disjointed and a bit put on. The machine tons of all the people involved was not to be believed.
