First paragraph: “Hey Hernandez, you’re working this quadrant again?”
Mack nodded with a grin, hoping the guy didn’t get any more personal. He moved around so often it was impossible to remember anyone’s name. A face was something he rarely forgot, but this guy was a mystery.
"Bounty" is part of the Changeling Press series of futuristic erotic stories set around the Spaceport Adana. This one's got a Johnny Mnemonic feel to it, with spies, couriers, bounty hunters, and encrypted data in people's heads. No dolphins, though, but there is an intelligent space kat. Nicely done.
