MORALLY CORRUPT

Bianca Ashby, a certified sociopath with an obsession for her husband, tries to juggle two lives - the demure NYPD Chief Commissioner wife, and the perfect Bratva assassin; all the while keeping her husband safe and blissfully unaware.

But when high-level corruption and a personal vendetta raise the stakes, no one is who they say they are; least of all Bianca's perfectly dull husband Theo.

From glitzy New York ballrooms and charity events to underground sex rings, drugs, and illegal fights, the best pretender wins it all. A SINNER
Marcello Lastra has always wanted one thing—to be left in peace.
When his estranged brother commits suicide, it’s up to him to take up the leadership mantle within the famiglia. Thrust into a mob war he wanted no part of, he must secure allies and outsmart his enemies.
A marriage alliance might be his only lifeline, but how can a man with an aversion to touch willingly tie himself to another?

A SAINT
Catalina Agosti has always wanted one thing—to protect her child.
Spurned by her family for being ‘damaged goods,’ Catalina has been exiled to a convent for the last ten years. One tragic event takes away all her choices, and she has to seek protection from a man with a mysterious past.
But how can Catalina trust another, when all her life she’s been betrayed by those who should have loved her?

As Marcello and Catalina navigate their new circumstances, past mistakes resurface and new secrets seek to turn them against each other.

Warring Families. Fractured Alliances. A Serial Killer on the loose.
And yet…
The greatest enemy might just be the one within.

MY NAME IS PINK NOVELLA
The entire series is very dark & trigger-heavy, so please check the preface of each book before proceeding.

MY NAME IS PINK ➜

I had loved them in Morally Corrupt as a married couple. Now that I know their backstory, I love them even more. I remember when I read the first books, I wanted to know more about how their relationship stemmed. I am completely satisfied with this prequel. There were some moments that made me bug out my eyes, laugh, and be shocked. It only made me love Bianca more.

My Name is Pink does end with a bit of a cliffhanger so you're intrigued to read Morally Corrupt. I can say it was well done because now I want to read MC again.😂

Thank you Veronica for blessing us with this ❤

P. S. I want to see them as parents now 🙃

MORALLY CORRUPT ➜

OMG WHERE DO I EVEN START?! This is most definitely different than other Dark Mafia Romance stories I've ever read or any assassin trope. Morally Corrupt follows the story of Bianca and Theodore/Adrian; they're married. Bianca is the daughter of a very important Senator and Theodore/Adrian NYPD's Chief Commissioner. In this story, Bianca is a Bratva assassin - and a sociopath - juggling a double life: being an assassin in secret and being the perfect, submissive wife to her unassuming husband. I absolutely loved the twists in this story; I wasn't expecting everyone exposing each other🤣 There were a few moments that made go 🤮 like the underground sex ring in Atlantic City. I almost cried at the end too! I recommend this book if you want to read something different from the usual male-dominated dark mafia romance and assassin tropes. It was a 5/5⭐for me

MORALLY BLASPHEMOUS ➜

Catalina and Marcello's story is plagued by secrets.

Catalina is haunted by an event that traumatized to her no end. An event that gave her her daughter, Claudia. When she does something in the convent where she and her daughter reside, her brother Enzo comes to her rescue to keep her safe from any retaliation from the Guerras. In order to be protected, she must marry Marcello - who's willing to marry her despite her having a daughter.

Marcello is also haunted by events in his past - his father, her mother, and a certain event that cost him the love of his life. For years, Marcello has been trying to marry Catalina. He does not care that Catalina was "ruined" and has a daughter. He likes her so he's overlooked this. But the events in his past make him keep at arm's length.

Marcello knows something Catalina does not.

Marcello and Catalina grow so much in their story. They both have things they have to move on from and they do so together. Marcello has a lot of growing to do. He's willing to make those changes to be able to be with Catalina... if she'll forgive him.
