Scribbled Stories

Jack Patterson for 30 years taught school in the Redwood City School District in California. He now resides in an enclave west of Redwood City called Emerald Hills. As a retired teacher he finds he is a very busy person.

First it takes time to be a great grandfather to grandson, K. J. Also writing and reading are ongoing activities for each day. In spare moments he helps his lovely wife Phyllis with her wild garden. Then once or twice a week he takes a bundle of sticks and attempts to strike a golf ball 40 or 50 times before he goes home a disheartened and discouraged man. His Scribbled Stories come from his life as lived and remembered, all true blue except for a few.
