Borrowed this one from the library and loved it so much I had to get myself a copy. Good fresh recipes, hearty, colourful dishes. I love it. The leek fritters are de-LISH! Every recipe has a photograph and there is a little blurb about which part of the world it hails from. The fish section is extensive, and the desserts look wonderful.
