I can truly say I've read this cookbook. Not only did I read it but I made every single recipe in it that looked appealing to my family. It took months. I'm not going to lie; while making these I just knew the author was definitely American. I had to Google a lot of these recipes and add spices the recipes should have. A lot of these recipes were lacking something so I had to add to them, but I'm giving it a 3 because it helped me discover recipes we cook often now and because of this author I discovered Kieffer lime leaves.
