I had lately begun with this book in the way of studying TOEFL. Finishing it made me become more confidence about TOEFL test. It had definitely given the fundamental and rudimentary skills, not much practice exercises but it not only took the control in leading me into a relevant way to improve my academic English but helped me perfect the tips as well.

Overall it's great for studying for the TOEFL, but there are a few errors in the order of the chapters. Also, I would have wished to get more examples for the writing and speaking section, as there are often used the same questions for them – so when I wanted to train my speaking abilities, I already knew the questions from the writing section.

I think this publication makes an effective and resourceful one in terms of fundamental test preparation. It came with several readings, specific examples, tips and other guidelines related to this exam. The content seemed to be quite well-presented and clear. I think the readings seemed quite close to the real exams. The writing part was also detailed. The audience can find the listening and speaking guide in general applicable. I consider this publication one of the effective guides for this exam.
